On your first visit, just look for the BCTots Check-In area. You’ll be greeted by someone eager to meet your family. We’ll be there to answer any questions you might have!
Because we value safety, we will gather a few details from you at this time including: family member’s name, child’s name and birthday, address, email, phone number, and any special instructions (allergies, etc).
In BCTots, safety is a top priority.
Upon check-in, you’ll receive a matching guardian sticker. Your child will need to wear their name tag and you will need to keep the guardian receipt. After the service, you’ll show the BCTots leader your matching sticker in order for your child to be released from his/her room.
In the event that we need to contact you during the service, we can either text message you or we will share your child’s first initial and last name on the screen in the auditorium.
